NitNeil Partners

NitNeil Partners was formed in 1978 with the acquisition of a 6 unit apartment building in Huntsville, Alabama. Over the span of a decade the property benefited from its proximity to Huntsville’s technology and defense employment center, Cummings Research Park. The property has undergone a series of expansions increasing capacity from 6 units to 155 units.

Seeking to grow and diversify, NitNeil Partners began developing residential communities and self storage facilities in North Alabama during the 1990s. In 2002, NitNeil Partners entered the Atlanta

metropolitan market by developing a self storage facility in Jonesboro, Georgia. NitNeil Partners relocated their company headquarters to Atlanta in 2007 to strategically position themselves within the southeast region.

The Company has taken a conservative approach to growth with an emphasis on long-term capital appreciation versus short term profitability. The flexibility to be selective with new investments has been due in large part to a steady stream of income supporting a lean, efficient organization.

Today, NitNeil Partners has a diverse real estate investment portfolio that includes over 500,000 SF of self storage space, 155 multi-family units, and multiple tracts of land for future growth.
