| Val T. Sapra has been a resident of Huntsville, Alabama since 1972 and has compiled over 30 years of experience as a developer and operator of real estate. Between 1972 and 1998, Dr. Sapra worked as a professor of agriculture at Alabama A&M University. While at A&M, Dr. Sapra created NitNeil Partners as a passive vehicle to manage his personal real estate investments. After retiring with Professor Emeritus distinction, Dr. Sapra turned his full attention to real estate and the growth of the company. Dr. Sapra has vast experience in the development, construction and management of both commercial and residential real estate. |

| Neil K. Sapra joined NitNeil Partners in March 2007 and is responsible for acquisitions and finance as it relates to the expansion of the company's real estate portfolio in the Southeast. Prior to joining NitNeil, Mr. Sapra worked as Vice President for Westplan Investors, a Dutch company dedicated to equity investment products for the real estate industry. During his tenure at Westplan, Mr. Sapra structured over $150 million of equity for multifamily developers. Mr. Sapra earned an MBA from Goizueta
Business School at Emory University in Atlanta, GA and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He currently sits on the Board of the
Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Atlanta chapter.

| Nitesh K. Sapra joined NitNeil Partners in October 2008 and is responsible for asset management and value enhancement of the company’s real estate portfolio. Prior to joining NitNeil, Mr. Sapra worked as a Development Associate at Wood Partners, a privately held real estate company focused on multifamily development
across the country. During his time at Wood Partners, Mr. Sapra managed the development and financing of over $150M in assets, ranging from multifamily units (rental and for-sale) to commercial office and retail space. Mr. Sapra earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York, NY and holds a Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. He currently sits on the Board of The Georgia Self Storage Association and is an active member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, New York City chapter.
