NitNeil raises external capital to redevelop the A.C. White Transfer & Storage building in Atlanta. The facility is later sold to Extra Space Storage in 2014.

NitNeil partners with Extra Space Storage and Life Storage to rebrand and manage its portfolio, expanding to more than one million square feet across eight states.
